Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Karen moved to the UK in 2006 and worked for a variety of companies from charities to blue-chip companies in the areas of design, presentation, web and multimedia, marketing and training. A keen and independent traveller she took the time between contracts to visit Europe, Egypt, Turkey, India and Nepal and later Canada and the Caribbean whilst working for a Tour Operator - firstly as a sales agent then team leader and later Sales and Product Co-ordinator. Karen recently worked for Air Namibia in the UK in all aspects of reservations and ticketing as well as managing Groups before joining AMG in January 2007.
